Banyuls - Dore (3 years Old)
This perfectly balanced wine is rich, harmonious and sweet on the palate. It is marked by aromas of plum and crystallized fruits, giving way to roasted notes in the finish. 50% Grenache (black) - 40% Grenache (grey) - 10% Carignan (black)

Banyuls - Grand Cru - 1989 Cuvee Reservee
The palate is a delight, with its elegance, great finesse and flavours grilled hazelnut, tobacco, and cocoa blended with crystallized fruits. It is a well balanced wine ready to serve with a chocolate dessert, coffee or a cigar. 75% Grenache (black) - 15% Grenache(grey) - 10% Carignan (black)

Banyuls - Grand Cru - Doux paille - Hors d'Age
This straw-colored sweet wine is a delight. It has undergone maturation in wooden casks, spent time in demijohns, where it was exposed to the sun, then had a rest period in vats. During the ageing process, the initial red color has turned a lovely, brilliant russet-amber. The nose is expressively powerful and elegant, developing walnut, mild tobacco, hay, honey and dried apricot aromas. An outstanding, full and generous palate has apricot mingling with crystallised fruit and toast flavors Leading to a long finish.

Sainte Croix Du Mont - Chateau la Grave
This classic Sainte-Croix is full and generous, almost buttery in texture at times, but in addition has a great acidity and an impressive structure which gives it a great potential for ageing.
