GlenLyon Estate Syrah

The 2002 GlenLyon Syrah is a classic, complex, elegant, supple and harmonious Syrah with hints of red raspberries, cinnamon, coco powder and bittersweet chocolate. The fruit, tannins and alcohol are in perfect harmony making the wine big, round, and rich without being overbearing. We think the 2002 is truly magnificent and one of the best GlenLyon has produced over the past five releases. The wine is rich enough to even warrant decanting for fifteen minutes.
