Les Demoiselles Coiffee - Cotes du Ventoux Rosé
Made by a process of maceration followed by bleeding of the juice (Saignée method). This salmon colored pink Rosé exhibits nuances of strawberries, plums and cherries, with just a hint of wet stone minerality. Enjoy with charcuterie, grilled tuna, a fresh salad..or just on its own.

Cotes du Ventoux - "O" Rose
Rich and concentrated, this rosé offers complez aromas of baking spices with hints of roses, raspberry and cherry flavours and lots of minerality on the palate.
60% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 10% Cinsault, 10% Syrah

Cotes de Provence - Domaine de Brigue
Brilliant and crystalline color, with a nose full of fresh peaches and wild strawberries including hints of white blossoms and spice. In the mouth, it is just as delightful with flavours of peach and cantaloupe surrounding a bright, dry, mineral acidity.
50% Grenache, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cinsault
